PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate grasping of the positions of some waveform data in a whole waveform graph, and quickly perform a data search on a display screen. SOLUTION: The device includes: a display controller which displays a screen for displaying a part of the whole waveform graph in which an alarm generation status is displayed with a common time axis while all measurement data is plotted as a waveform, which displays a scroll bar area on at least one side of the screen, and a scroll bar in the scroll bar area, and which shows the position, in the whole waveform graph, of an image displayed in the screen by the relative position of the scroll bar in the scroll area; and an alarm generating position display unit which displays the position of a section, in which the alarm is generated, in relation to the scroll bar area with respect to the whole waveform graph.
