PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost, concerning a semiconductor laser device and a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor laser device includes a base 7, a semiconductor laser element 1 arranged on the base 7, a rod lens 3 which is arranged so that the laser beam incident side thereof faces the laser beam emitter 1a of the semiconductor laser element 1, and a fiber array 6 which is arranged to face the laser beam emitting side of the rod lens 3, wherein the rod lens 3 is constituted to be fixed on the base 7 with a lens fixing stand 4 formed of an alloy containing iron and nickel.
