PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging plug automatically detachable from a power receiving side connector when pulling force is applied to a charging cable in the connected state of the charging plug to the power receiving side connector, and easily returnable into the original state without a risk of losing components. SOLUTION: When excessive force of causing the charging plug 11 to move in a detaching direction from the fitted state to the power receiving connector 16 is applied to the charging cable, a latch release member 19 is moved into a latch release position to release latching by a latch mechanism for preventing the movement of the charging plug 11 in a detaching direction from the power receiving side connector 16. In this state, a push-out pin 30 energized in a push-out direction by a spring 31 is put in a state of pushing a pin 45 of the power receiving side connector 16, and the charging plug 11 is relatively moved in the detaching direction from the power receiving side connector 16 and detached from the power receiving side connector 16.
