PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently ventilate the inside of a crankcase by effectively sucking blow-by gas in the crankcase through an intake passage upstream of a compressor impeller even during low rotation and high load operation of an engine. SOLUTION: A variable inlet guide vane 14 is provided upstream of the compressor impeller 5 for varying the passage cross sectional area of the intake passage 7 by varying the angle of a vane body with an angle adjusting mechanism 31. A gas flow passage 15 having one end connected to the crankcase 9 is connected at the other end between the variable inlet guide vane 14 and the compressor impeller 5. A controller 36 is equipped for adjusting the angle of the vane body of the variable inlet guide vane 14 through the angle adjusting mechanism 31 so that the passage cross sectional area is reduced during the low rotation and high load operation in which the engine 1 is operated at a specified rotation speed or less with a specified load or more.
