PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a space of a portion to which a damper device is disposed. SOLUTION: An intermediate plate 75 constituting a damper unit 7 included in a fluid transmission device 1 has a cylindrical part 75c axially extended between an outer peripheral part and an inner peripheral part. A first driven plate 721 of a driven element 72 has a cylindrical part 721c as a support part rotatably supporting the inner circumference of the cylindrical part 75c of the intermediate plate 75. A second drive plate 702 of a drive element 70 has a cylindrical part 702c as a support part rotatably supported by an outer circumference of the cylindrical part 75c of the intermediate plate 75.
