摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an actuator using a sine wave for long hours by a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: A sine wave signal outputted from a sine wave converter IC2 is inputted in the primary side of a transformer T1 through a buffer circuit composed of an arithmetic amplification circuit OP1 and a push/pull circuit PP1. With an output on the secondary side of the transformer T1 as a driving signal, a piezoelectric element C4 is driven. The output on the secondary side of the transformer T1 is divided in voltage by serially connected resistors R1, R2 and R3 and voltage-divided signals are inputted to the arithmetic amplification circuit OP2 constituting a difference amplifier. The arithmetic amplification circuit OP2 outputs a difference of inputted voltage-divided signals and the differential signal is inputted to the buffer circuit as a feedback signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p>
