摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a quantitative analysis method having versatility and high throughput and capable of quantitatively analyzing molecules to be measured in a cell, and to develop a program, an apparatus and a system for executing the method. SOLUTION: A method for extracting a contour of a cell includes: a process for calculating a standard deviation of cell membrane staining luminance of a pixel in an adjacent area in each of cell membrane staining image pixels and setting the most frequent value of the standard deviation or a value corresponding to a peak of a curve fit to frequency distribution in the vicinity of the most frequent value, as an estimation value of the standard deviation of cell membrane staining luminance of a background area; a process for setting the sum of an arithmetic mean value of cell membrane staining luminance of background preparatory candidate pixels and offset determined based on the estimation value, as a cell pixel threshold; and a process for determining a cell membrane staining image pixel having the cell membrane staining luminance of a cell pixel threshold or more, as a cell candidate pixel.
