PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire high power saving effects, and to correct the sequence of logs even when shifted to a power saving state. SOLUTION: A hardware time generation part 102 generates time information. A processor 150 generates a log to which the time information generated by the hardware time generation part 102 is imparted. A power source control part 103 controls power supply to the hardware time generation part 102 and the processor 150. A processor 160 generates the time information, and when power supply to the hardware time generation part 102 and the processor 150 is performed, the processor 160 generates the log to which the time information generated by the hardware time generation part 102 is imparted, and when the power supply to the hardware time generation part 102 and the processor 150 is stopped, the processor 160 generates the log to which time information succeeding the time information generated by the hardware time generation part 102 is imparted.
