PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interference type sound absorbing wall which can easily correspond to relatively low-frequency noise even when the frequency of the noise is different and can easily correspond even if the frequency of the noise changes with time. SOLUTION: In the interference type sound absorbing wall, a sound absorbing wall 3 provided against a noise source is constituted to have a double walled structure by the first wall body 4 and the second wall body 5 arranged with an interval in a perspective direction with respect to the noise source, and noise from the noise source is reduced by sound from the first wall body 4 and sound from the second wall body 5 interfering with each other. It is constituted so that the first wall body 4 and the second wall body 5 reflect the noise from the noise source, respectively, and the first reflected sound from the first wall body 4 and the second reflected sound from the second wall body 5 interfere in a state of being inverted the phases with each other. An interval L between the first wall body 4 and the second wall body 5 is constituted to be relatively and freely changed and fixed in the perspective direction with respect to the noise source.
