PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooler bypass valve device that prevents a collision of a valve element with a main oil path due to a pulsation of a fluid pressure, and also prevents the occurrence of noise, when the pulsation of the fluid pressure occurs. SOLUTION: A CVB 16 includes: a body 31 which has an input port 31a communicating with a cooling oil path 27 and an discharge port 31c communicating with a discharged oil path 34; the valve element 32 which is accommodated in the body 31 and freely moves between a first position and a second position, the first position shutting off a communication between the cooling oil path 27 and the discharged oil path 34 via the input port 31a and the discharge port 31c, the second position communicating with the cooling oil path 27 and the discharged oil path 34 via the input port 31a and the discharge port 31c when a hydraulic fluid pressure flowing in the cooling oil path 27 is more than a predetermined fluid pressure. The valve element 32 moves substantially in the same direction as a flow direction of a hydraulic fluid flowing in the cooling oil path 27 with respect to the body 31. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
