An arm having a buoy at an edge, having a shaft at one end and having levers of different angles is joined to the lower portion of the inner frame by the shaft of the lever. The inner frames move as the tide changes, and the movements of the buoys are taken up by the arms. Both ends of the lever shaft at the one end move up and down. A chain comprising a transmission rod connected to each end turns a single-ended gear to which a flywheel is connected. Five flywheels storing rotational forces further acquire the rotational forces required for power generation, and power is generated through several steps of transmission pulleys.
