PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technique for excluding the horizontal regulation of individual liquid distributors and ensuring the horizontal installation of the whole of the liquid distributors. SOLUTION: A plurality of horizontal standard beams (101), which are made so that the common difference of height becomes about 0, are precedently incorporated in a tower (20) and fixed to the tower after horizontality is confirmed. The parts (40, 50, 60 and 61) of all of the liquid distributors are subsequently suspended from and fixed on the horizontal standard beams (101) and the regulation of horizontality at every part is excluded while the degree of horizontality of the whole of the liquid distributors is ensured.
