PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anticorrosion steel pipe pile which is low in cost and easily absorbs a construction error with an excellent appearance, and to provide a method of constructing the same. SOLUTION: The anticorrosion steel pipe pile includes a steel pipe pile 1, an anticorrosion steel pipe 2 and filler 3. The steel pile, being covered with the anticorrosion steel pipe 2 is installed in the vicinity 1a of a droplet tidal zone around the steel pipe pile 1. The filler 3 is filled between the vicinity 1a of the droplet tidal zone of the steel pipe pile 1 and the anticorrosion steel pipe 2. The anticorrosion steel pipe 2 is configured by applying an anticorrosion treatment 2b such as heavy-duty anticorrosion coating or the like on the periphery of a steel pipe body 2a.
