When considering the coefficients at wavelengths ?1-?n at the baseline concentrations of fluorescent dyes 1-m recorded in the aforementioned recording unit to be a1 (?1)-am(?n), the intensity at wavelengths ?1-?n of the fluorescence image acquired by the aforementioned acquisition unit to be Iall(?1)-Iall(?n), and the concentrations of fluorescent dyes 1-m to be D1-Dm, the aforementioned computation unit uses the following formula to calculate the concentrations D1-Dm of each and every pixel, and when a pixel is present for which one of the calculated values of the concentrations D1-Dm is less than zero, a predetermined value that is greater than the calculated value is substituted for said concentration in said formula for said pixel, and the other concentrations are recalculated. |
