The arrangement (1) has an exhaust gas turbocharger (10) comprising an exhaust gas turbine (20) and a compressor (30) with a compressor outlet (30b) connected with an air inlet (2a) of an internal combustion engine by an air supply pipe (33). An exhaust gas recirculation device (70) has a recirculation inlet (70a) connected with an exhaust gas discharge pipe (21). An air guiding device (80) has a guiding inlet (80a) connected with the supply pipe and a guiding outlet (80b) connected with the discharge pipe, such that compressed air from the compressor outlet is guided into the discharge pipe.
