The device (5) has a sense element including a voltage generator for creating a radio signal. A push button is deflected against a frame (1) during movement of a wing (2). An actuator device transmits movement of the push button on the sense element. The actuator device includes a lever i.e. rocker, that is arranged between the push button and the sense element. An elastic element comprises sufficient strength for operating the sense element, and is designed in a flexible manner according to further movement of the push button over a trigger level. The lever and the elastic element are integrally made of plastic. The push button is designed in frustum-shape or cone shape.
