<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyurethane foam having both high gas permeability and high elasticity. <P>SOLUTION: The polyurethane foam prepared by foaming and curing a polyurethane foaming undiluted solution comprising (A) a polyisocyanate for supplying isocyanate groups, (B) a polyol for supplying hydroxyl groups, (C) water, (D) a foam stabilizer, and (E) a catalyst, and then applying a film-removing treatment, is characterized by using a polyether polyol having a number-average mol.wt. of ≥7,000 and a polymer polyol having a number-average mol.wt. of ≥3,000 in a polyether polyol/polymer polyol mass ratio of 70/30 to 30/70 as the polyol (B), using both an amine-based catalyst and a tin catalyst as the catalyst (E) in an amine-based catalyst amount of 0.1 to 0.4 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the component (B) to prepare the polyurethane foaming raw material, and having cells at a cell number of 5 to 25 cells/inch. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
