<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical product, food and drink or other products capable of safely treating or improving postprandial hyperglycemia without inducing any adverse effect. <P>SOLUTION: Through searching and studying of a method for safely suppressing elevation of postprandial blood sugar level without inducing any side effect, a substance containing a water extract of a Grifola spp. mushroom, an extract fraction thereof or a sugar/protein constituent that is an essential component of an extract thereof is found to be effective. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
