<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical receiver device whose high-frequency characteristics are improved. <P>SOLUTION: The optical receiver device includes a light-receiving element which has a first electrode as an output terminal and a second electrode to which a power source different from a ground potential is connected, an amplifier circuit on which an amplifier element is mounted and which is provided with a connection terminal comprising a signal electrode and a ground electrode on an upper surface, a first conductor which connects a potential of the first electrode of the light-receiving element to the signal electrode from an upper surface side, and a second conductor which connects a potential of the second electrode of the light-receiving element to the ground electrode via a first capacitor from the upper surface side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
