PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid which is applied mainly to a vessel for packaging yoghurt, and can effectively prevent a content or the yoghurt from adhering to the reverse surface of the lid while keeping good heat sealability and sealing performance.

SOLUTION: Also an antisticking layer is separately formed on the outer surface of a heat sealable layer 5 laminated on a base material layer 1. The antisticking layer 6 is composed of a mixture composition of a thermoplastic resin binder of an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer or the like and a hydrophobic fine particle.
