<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide improved medical, surgical and/or robotic device and system. <P>SOLUTION: The remote center manipulator is disclosed. The medical, surgical and/or robotic device and system often including an offset remote center parallelogrammical manipulator connection assembly 30 binding the position of a surgical instrument during a least invasive robotic surgery are also disclosed.
