<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Yuzu Miso pudding having accented peculiar flavor, and sufficiently packed with Yuzu flavor. <P>SOLUTION: The Yuzu Miso pudding is obtained by putting Yuzu Miso caramel sauce made by heating Yuzu Miso and mixed sugar into a pudding cup, filling the top of the Yuzu Miso caramel sauce with custard as pudding dough mixed with cow milk, sugar and egg followed by heating to form in a jelly form, and sealing the Yuzu Miso caramel sauce and the jelly-like body in a pudding cup. As a result of this, accented peculiar flavor is created in the dough by Yuzu Miso flavor, and the flavor is sealed and shut in a pudding cup, so it is possible to sufficiently taste both Miso flavor and Yuzu flavor, and obtain authentic semi-European style peculiar flavor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
