<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to easily manually intervene in electric energy control in the middle of control in an n-minute electric energy control system, to manually set a MW command value per n-minute, and to improve accuracy in n-minute electric energy control. <P>SOLUTION: There is arranged a manual n-minute electric energy control setting part 210 for failure of the MW command value with respect to a MW command value 12 which is imparted from a power feed command device 110. The MW command value 12 is held once at the failure of the MW command value 12 by the manual n-minute electric energy setting part 210, and after setting the held value as an initial value of a manual setting apparatus 218, the operator sets a power transmission power command value after the lapse of an n-minute. A value automatically set by the operator at the timing of the next each-hour n-minute is set as a post-switching MW command value 201, and output. By this, even if the MW command value 12 imparted from the power feed command device 110 is abnormal, the operator can easily set the post-switching MW command value 201, and can continue the n-minute electric energy control. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
