<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a hot-dip metal-plated steel sheet, in which control parameters can be adjusted more easily than before. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus 10 for producing the hot-dip metal-plated steel sheet includes: a front-side nozzle 16 for blowing gas against the front surface of the hot-dip metal-plated steel sheet 11; a back-side nozzle 17 for blowing gas against the back surface of the steel sheet 11; and a controller 20 for performing feedforward or feedback control of a plating coating weight of the steel sheet 11 on the basis of a control model while using a front-side gap between the steel sheet 11 and the front-side nozzle 16 and a back-side gap between the steel sheet 11 and the back-side nozzle 17 as manipulated variables. The control model is shown by the expression: CW=α×D (wherein CW is the plating coating weight; D is a nozzle gap;αis a coefficient determined by a line speed (LS) and the pressure (P) of the gas which is blown from the front-side nozzle 16 or the back-side nozzle 17). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
