<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an armature for direct-current motors that is of small size and flat in the axial direction, enables the suppression of short-circuit and break failure, and is of low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The armature 1 includes a rotating shaft 2, an armature core 3 attached to the rotating shaft 2 and having 12 teeth T, a commutator 4 attached to the rotating shaft 2 and having 12 segments S, 12 coil parts C wound astride three teeth T and connected to respective hooks F provided on two predetermined segments S, and short-circuiting parts D connected to the hooks F of opposite segments S. The contact between a hook F and a coil part C or a short-circuiting part D is positioned inside the inner circumference 6 of the coil part to be closer to one side face 3a than to the coil part face 5. The short-circuiting part D is passed through a slot L formed between teeth T adjoining to each other, routed along the one side face 3a and the other side face 3b, and wound on one or more teeth T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
