PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biogas purification system capable of stably purifying biogas by appropriately setting the percentage of air to the biogas. SOLUTION: The biogas purification system comprises an air-injecting apparatus 13 for injecting air to the biogas, a biodesulfurization apparatus 11 for desulfurizing the biogas which is injected the air by the air-injecting apparatus 13 by using microorganisms, a dry desulfurizing apparatus 12 for desulfurizing the biogas which is desulfurized by the biodesulfurization apparatus 11 by using an iron oxide, a flow rate sensor 31 for detecting the flow rate of the biogas which is desulfurized by the dry desulfurizing apparatus 12, a concentration sensor 32 for detecting the concentration of the methane which is included in the biogas desulfurized by the dry desulfurizing apparatus 12, a temperature sensor 33 for detecting the temperature within the dry desulfurizing apparatus 12, and a controlling apparatus 41 for performing control of setting an air injection amount of the air-injecting apparatus 13 by using the detected values of the flow rate sensor 31, the concentration sensor 32 and the temperature sensor 33.
