PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein, when vulcanizing and molding a green tire, a crude rubber of a tread forming part tends to concentrate to a central part in the tire width direction pressed to a mold from a bladder by a pressing force, that is, to a side wall forming part to be both sides in the tire width direction in a tire vulcanization device using a conventional bladder. SOLUTION: In the tire vulcanization device, the bladder is mounted to the green tire made of the crude rubber, assembled in the mold, and the green tire is pushed to the mold by the bladder in a heated and pressurized state to perform the vulcanization molding. The bladder 11 is formed by combining a rubber member and a metal plate 13 for preventing the crude rubber from flowing on both sides of the green tire when the green tire 14 is pushed to the mold 12.
