摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand a dynamic range by preventing saturation of low-sensitivity pixels at high illumination, when a unit pixel includes two kinds of unit pixels, a high-sensitivity pixel and a low-sensitivity pixel. SOLUTION: The solid imaging device has multiple pixels disposed two-dimensionally in a semiconductor substrate at a certain pitch. Each pixel includes a first photo diode 31a for photoelectrically converting and storing incident light, a second photo diode 31b whose saturation charge amount is larger than that of the first photo diode 31a for photoelectrically converting and storing the incident light, a first micro lens 33a for focusing light on the first photo diode 31a, and a second micro lens 33b whose aperture is smaller than that of the first micro lens 33a for focusing the light on the second photo diode 31b.
