PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To erase data from nonvolatile memories of a plurality of channels without interruption of other operations or consideration of exclusive control between a plurality of CPUs, by simple control. SOLUTION: The semiconductor storage device has a plurality of CPUs, and nonvolatile memories of the plurality of channels. The semiconductor storage is equipped with: a means for setting an address list including erase addresses for each nonvolatile memory of the plurality of channels in an address list queue 14; a command control part 18 which continuously generates a series of erasing operation commands for each address described in the address list, according to a single erasing operation request generated from one of the CPUs; and a distributor 24 which gives the series of erasing operation commands to the nonvolatile memories of the channel corresponding to each address.
