PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit allowing adjustment of operation speed when starting supply of a current to a load. SOLUTION: It is switched by a switch SW1 whether to make a MOS transistor M1 supplying a current to the load connected to an output terminal OUT in a control state by a comparison result of an operational amplifier OP1 or in an OFF state. A variable voltage circuit 1 changes an output voltage according to setting by a voltage changeover signal K. A switch SW2 switches a voltage to be applied to an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier OP1 between an output voltage of the MOS transistor M1 and the output voltage of the variable voltage circuit 1.
