PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a generally-used siphon type pump, liquid left behind in the pump after the use is possibly leaked outside a container, the pump cannot be operated for supplying/stopping the liquid like a faucet of tap water, and the pump is defective, so that foreign matter is stuffed in a valve and cannot be sucked out when any foreign matter is sucked, and further, the liquid cannot be taken out without being stirred as much as possible, and the discharged liquid cannot be jetted out. SOLUTION: A suction device having no valve is provided on a discharge side of a siphon pipe in series or in branch, and an opening/closing device is further provided thereon to squeeze a fore end of a discharge port.
