PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post processing device which is improved in the alignment of a medium on a temporary loading part, and also provide an image forming device. SOLUTION: This post-processing device (U4) includes: a medium discharge part (TH1) having a discharging and loading surface (124); the temporary loading part (7) comprising a temporary loading surface (8) provided to the upstream side of the medium discharge part (TH1) and a medium aligning member (41) for aligning the medium (S) by coming into contact with the upstream side end of the medium (S) loaded on the temporary loading surface (8); a drawing member (52) for drawing the medium (S) toward the medium aligning member (41) to bring the medium into contact therewith; and a medium support member (131) which moves further to the temporary loading surface (8) side than the discharging and loading surface (124), which is movable between a support position for supporting the drawn portion (Sa) of the medium (S) loaded on the temporary loading surface (8) and a dischargeable position allowing the discharge of the medium (S) to the medium discharge part (TH1), and which moves to the support position when the medium (S) is drawn and moves to the dischargeable position when the medium (S) is discharged.
