PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage roller preventing an adhesive portion of a sticky note from adhering to the carriage roller and being rolled into a device and the like, and to provide a sticky note feeding device with the carriage roller, and a sticky note printer with the sticky note feeding device. SOLUTION: A roll surface 65a of a pickup roller 52 being the carriage roller of the sticky note feeding device 13 is applied with either one of kinds of methods including an anti-adhesion surface treatment, for example, a surface treatment with use of a fluorinated coating agent. This prevents the adhesive portion 4b from adhering to the pickup roller 52 and being rolled into the sticky note printer 1, when the sticky note 4a is pulled to be separated and carried.
