PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic intermediate transfer belt that has high transfer efficiency by exerting detailed control for the shape of a surface. SOLUTION: The intermediate transfer belt 51 on which a toner image, obtained by developing a latent image formed on a photoreceptor 3 with toner, is transferred is manufactured by: applying a coating liquid containing at least a resin component and solvent to the internal or external surface of a cylindrical form; drying or curing the coating liquid, thereby forming a film; and then removing the film from the die.
