PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch which has high skin permeability of an antiinflammatory analgesic, has no stickiness after removal, and is hard to peel/turn up. SOLUTION: The patch is formed of a water-containing cataplasm containing (A) a hardly water-soluble nonsteroid antiinflammatory analgesic, (B) N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, (C) a smectite-based clay mineral, (D) a nonionic surface active agent, (E) 5-25 mass% glycerol, (F) polyacrylic acid, a salt thereof or a partially neutralized product thereof, and (G) a polyvalent metal salt and having a water content of 55-80 mass%, laminated on a support.
