PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a displaying device easily carried to a storefront and hardly causing arrangement disorder, and a displaying stand using the displaying device. SOLUTION: The displaying device includes an almost triangle pole-shaped container with a bottom, and engaging portions provided respectively on corner parts facing to each other, of the container with a bottom. The engaging portions include a male shape hook portion and a female shape hook portion. The engaging portion includes a touch fastener, a magnet, or a hook and loop.
