PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko game machine with which a player can play with a natural posture without difficulty and which can secure a sufficient space for locating a locking mechanism and the like on the opening/closing end side of a game machine body frame. SOLUTION: This Pachinko game machine has a game board 9 having a game region 9a on its front side mounted on a game machine body frame 1. The game machine body frame 1 has a roughly rectangular outer frame 2 and an inner frame 3 having a game board-mounting frame 8 detachably keeping the game board 9 and attached openably on the front side of the outer frame 2 with a hinge 10 on the one end in the horizontal direction. On the other end in the horizontal direction of the game machine body frame 1, a locking mechanism 11 for locking the outer frame 2 to close the inner frame 3 allowing its unlocking is mounted. The game board 9 is located to place its vertical center line CL2 off the vertical center line CL1 of the game machine body frame 1 toward the side of the hinge 10. The game region 9a is located to shift the vertical center line CL3 of an outlet 59 mounted in roughly its center off the vertical center line CL2 of the game board 9 toward the side of the locking mechanism 11.
