PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate an influence of the ingress of a fluid from an operational part or a connecting part on an imaging part or the like at a distal end portion. SOLUTION: In the endoscope operational part 10, a separation part 18 is provided at a part slightly closer to a distal end side beyond a branching part 15 to separate the inside of an endoscope into two regions of a front end side air-tight region and a rear end side air-tight region. In addition, an outside communication mechanism part 13 for enabling the simultaneous communication with two air-tight regions from the outside is provided on the separation part 18. The communication mechanism part 13 has ventilation paths 20a, 20b formed on the separation part 18 and makes the ventilation paths communicate with the outside by vertically moving a piston shaft 25 on which a ventilation path 20d is formed relative to a cylinder part 21.
