PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device in which a window member is installed to an exterior member without a gap while suppressing warpage or deformation of the window member under high temperature. SOLUTION: A protection window 102 is fixed to an intermediate member 103 with a double-sided tape 131 attached to a flange part 102a when being installed to an opening 103a of the intermediate member 103. The intermediate member 103 is firmly fixed to an opening 101a of a back cover 101 with an adhesive after positioning when being installed to the back cover 101. Under high temperature, the intermediate member 103 thermally expands almost the same amount as the protection window 102 since the intermediate member 103 has a coefficient of thermal expansion close to that of the protection window 102. The back cover 101 has a smaller coefficient of thermal expansion compared to the protection window 102 since the back cover 101 is obtained by molding a metallic material, thereby having small deformation amount. The intermediate member 103 absorbs the difference in the amounts of thermal expansion between the protection window 102 and the back cover 101 by carrying out elastic deformation.
