<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply management system for consumables, for controlling the number of ordered consumables so that the consumables may not be out of stock or become redundant on a user side, without networking the user with a manufacturer online. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes: a data storage means 11 which stores consumables data A including a lot number Al and a validity date A2 and data on the number of consumables including quantity of stock (a) of the consumables in the last inventory, the number (b) of consumables ordered from the user between the last inventory and the current inventory, and the quantity of stock (c) of the consumables in the current inventory; and a calculation/notification means 12 which calculates a proper number of consumables to be ordered from the user in a predetermined period to the next inventory, based on each data stored in the data storage means 11, and notifies the user of the calculated order quantity. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
