<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface emitter utilizing a commercial power supply without a power supply module, and suppressing flickering (blinking) of emitted light to the most, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The emitter includes: a resin substrate 1; a metal foil 2 affixed and pressed onto the resin substrate 1 to form a pin hole 10 in the substrate 1 and etched into a wiring pattern 20 of a bridge rectifier circuit BC; and a light-emitting diode bare chip 3 that respective electrodes 30 are series-connected with the wiring pattern 20 with respectively inversely biased ones paired with and adjacent to one another corresponding to the polarity of an AC power supply AC by the quantity of an on-turnable range corresponding to the polarity of the AC power supply AC as shown by 32a-32o, 33a-33o and 34a-34o, 35a-35o. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
