PRINTER DRIVER, PRINT CONTROL DEVICE, AND PRINT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a user's convenience in a printer driver selectively usable of a plurality of PDLs (Page Description Languages).

SOLUTION: The printer driver accepts a print setting supported by a plurality of PDLs in common. The printer driver displays a print setting not supported by the plurality of PDLs in common in association with an area of a PDL supporting the print setting, and accepts the print setting. The printer driver accepts selection of a PDL to be used for printing. The printer driver generates print data for the selected PDL based on the accepted print setting.
