<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual receiver for reliably notifying a user of a fault when the fault occurs in any equipment for composing the individual receiver. <P>SOLUTION: The individual receiver outputs a message indicating occurrence of a fault when the fault occurs in each part for composing the individual receiver.
