PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baglike body which can directly heat an object stored in the interior without being dielectrically heated. SOLUTION: The baglike body 18 includes a holding portion 20 formed into the shape of a bag having a storage space 18a of a heat storage medium 12 in the interior, capable of absorbing and holding a liquid heating medium which can be dielectrically heated and has a high permittivity, and is made of a porous or fibrous material having a permittivity lower than the liquid heating medium, and a covering portion 22 made of a material having airtightness and a permittivity lower than the liquid heating medium and covering the outside of the holding portion 20. In the holding portion 20 and the covering portion 22, a communication portion 26 communicating with the storage space 18a from the outside, capable of supplying the liquid heating medium to the storage space 18a from the outside, and capable of externally releasing the gasified heating medium from the storage space 18a is formed.
