PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge a movable area for detecting an angle by rotating, more than a conventional movable area. SOLUTION: This rotation angle detecting device includes a frame body 101 having a shaft support part 102a and bearing members 102b and 102c extending in the orthogonal direction to the shaft support part 102a, a rotary shaft 111 supported by the shaft support part 102a and extending on a projection to a surface of the shaft support part 102a, a rotary shaft 122 supported by shaft support parts 102b and 102c and extending on a projection to a surface of the shaft support parts 102b and 102c, a rotation angle detecting member 113 for detecting a rotation angle around the rotary shaft 111, a rotation angle detecting member 122 for detecting a rotation angle around a rotary shaft 121 and a substrate 114 electrically connected to the rotation angle detecting member 113 and the rotation angle detecting member 122 and supported by the frame body 101.
