PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pedestal for an ornamental box, making the most of advantage of paper-made pedestal, and enabling providing a set of merchandises such as providing flower and fruit. SOLUTION: In this box made of cardboard, a continuous wall is formed by a paper-made plate, and a rear wall, a side wall, a front wall and a side wall thereof are integrally connected to each other. The lower part of the continuous wall is provided with bottom constituting walls. The upper part of the front wall is provided with a cutout and the inclined fronts of the right and left side walls are bent to form a side wall back part, and further the front of the side wall back part is provided with a bent part, a holding wall may be provided in a cavity of the upper part of the front wall, and an insert of a partition plate may be fitted to an insert hole of the back part of the side wall to provide a partition. Insert pieces fitted to slits formed on the side wall and the back part of the side wall are provided on the right and left of an extended part serving as a top plate part constituting wall of the upper part of the rear wall. The vertically bent parts of the continuous wall are respectively bent, and the insert of the bottom formed by the rear wall is fitted to a recess of the bottom formed by the front wall to construct the box from the folding state.
