PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple constitution capable of suppressing an internal-external pressure difference while securing a waterproof property without having a breathing filter, in a fixation structure of an on-board waterproofing device fixed to a fixing member in a vehicle wherein an electric component is arranged in an internal space of the on-board waterproofing device. SOLUTION: An on-board waterproofing device is arranged in an engine room and fixed to a partition member by a fastening member. The partition member is provided with a partition through-hole at part of a section facing the on-board waterproofing device, and the on-board waterproofing device is provided with an opening communicating between an internal space and a vehicle compartment through the partition through-hole. An annular rubber member is arranged to surround the partition through-hole and the opening in the vertical direction relative to the penetration direction of the partition through-hole at the section where the on-board waterproofing device and the partition member face each other, and the rubber member is sandwiched between the on-board waterproofing device and the partition member.
