PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus having a simple structure capable of measuring or recognizing a size of an object by an operator without complicated operation. SOLUTION: An endoscope 1 has a pump 62 for supplying a liquid, a channel 27 for sending water forward, connected to the pump 62 with the one end, an object optical system 44 mounted on the tip of an endoscope inserting part 21 for observing the observation site, and two openings 30 which are connected with the other end of the channel 27 for sending water forward and formed on the tip based on the predetermined treatment standard value corresponding to the observation site.
