<p>Disclosed is a laser system equipped with a laser module (10) that has: a DFB laser (12) for oscillating a laser beam (36), a heater (14) for adjusting the temperature of the DFB laser (12), and a harmonic generation element (20) for converting the laser beam (36) into a harmonic beam (38) of the laser beam (36). The laser system is also equipped with a control unit (40), which, when the temperature of the laser module (10) is a specified temperature, controls a drive current (26) that drives the DFB laser (12) such that the wavelength of the laser beam (36) oscillated by the DFB laser (12) is within a wavelength range where conversion by the harmonic generation element (20) is possible. The control unit (40) also, when the temperature of the laser module (10) changes from the specified temperature, controls a heater current (28) that is injected into the heater (14) such that the wavelength of the laser beam (36) is within a wavelength range where conversion by the harmonic generation element (20) is possible.</p> |
