<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive composition having high sensitivity to laser exposure light in the wavelength range from 400 nm to 900 nm, in particular, having improved stability over time in a coating liquid for applying the photosensitive composition onto a support, and to provide a photosensitive lithographic printing plate material having improved plate wear and remedied surface stains. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive composition includes (A) an organic boron salt expressed by general formula I, (B) a trihaloalkyl substituted compound, (C) a cyanine dye exhibiting absorption in the wavelength range from 400 nm to 900 nm, and (D) a compound having a polymerizable double bond group. In general formula I, R<SB>1</SB>, R<SB>2</SB>, R<SB>3</SB>and R<SB>4</SB>each represent an aryl group expressed by general formula II; and A<SP>+</SP>represents a group capable of forming a cation. In general formula II, R<SB>5</SB>, R<SB>6</SB>, R<SB>7</SB>, R<SB>8</SB>and R<SB>9</SB>each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a group selected from an alkyl group, alkylene group, alkoxy group and aryl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, and any of them may be bonded to form a ring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
